2. Description of the service

ARVOLUOTTO provides an online application service for personal, investment, car and home loans. The website lets you submit an application and contact customer service, but every lending decision and loan agreement is made separately and falls outside these terms of use.

3. Submitting a loan application

Submitting a loan application through our website does not oblige you to accept an offered loan, nor does it guarantee that a loan will be granted. We review each application individually and reserve the right to reject an application without giving a separate reason, within the limits permitted by applicable law.

You must provide accurate and current information in your application. Incorrect or misleading information may result in rejection or termination of a loan already granted.

4. Eligibility requirements

To apply for a loan, you must meet requirements including the following:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have a Finnish bank account
• You have a regular income
• You have full legal capacity

5. Loan terms and agreement

Loan types, amounts, terms and rates shown on the website are general information. Final binding terms, including the annual percentage rate and all costs, are always presented in your personal offer and loan agreement before signing. These terms of use do not themselves constitute a loan agreement.
